White Party : A Colorful Celebration of Being You
Malate, a district in Manila well known for its lively night life with bars, clubs, pubs and street parties, a district that became a haven of glitters, high heels, drag queens, closet gays and vibrant community that shouting for gender equality.
And last June 30, Malate hosted another successful worthy cause event, the White Party, a party held all over the world for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) community to air their sentiments about gender inequality, sexual orientation, identity and discrimination.
Malate’s White Party we’re attended by gays all over the metro united to celebrate Pride Month. Almost 8,000 people from LGBT and even gays at hearth or with a hearth for gays, shelled out P 150 and P 500 each for tickets that lasted all night until seven the next morning.
